"A 5 star rating is not enough for Kim. From the beginning Kim was fantastic to work with. Friendly, courteous (a rarity these days) and professional. She was also spot on with her price and staging recommendations. In a down market we were under contract in 9 days! When the buyers agent kept stalling and making life difficult was when Kim really showed how great she is. She kept on them like a pitbull! I am not sure that we would have kept our sanity without knowing that Kim was there for us. The most telling thing in all of this is that our house was NOT a big sale.
